    LEGO® Education

We have created a closed super-user group currently consisting of teachers (engineers) and parents from around the world. This group has 8 members and we would like to double that size by end of 2017. Currently we generate feedback on both our LEGO® MINDSTORMS® Education and WeDo 2.0 solution. They receive access to BETA releases before launch for them to test and provide feedback before we release to market.

    The case:

We would like participants to create an overview of how we could optimize the use of the crowd sourcing in our release pipeline. How do we make this an integrated part of our workflow and processes?

Here is a link to a video presentation of the challenge.

    Crowd-sourcing  EV3  LEGO Education  MINDSTORMS
    Desired Outcome

We would like to receive input from participants of what they believe is the best way to involve our crowd sourcing solution in our release pipeline to maximize their input.

    Technical/ Commercial Or Other Requirements

Since LEGO® Education is an enterprise and part of the LEGO® Group, we have internal workflows and processes that need to be accommodated. We would therefore like to inform all participants that there might be legal and technical limitations. We are open to discuss this in a closer dialog with the individuals and groups who are going to be involved with this case.

    Consumer Segments/ Industry

LEGO® Education offers playful learning experiences and teaching solutions based on the LEGO system of bricks, curriculum-relevant material, and physical and digital resources to preschool, elementary, middle school, and after school. In partnership with educators for more than 35 years, we support teaching in an inspiring, engaging, and effective way. Our educational solutions, which range from the humanities to science, enable every student to succeed by encouraging them to become active, collaborative learners, build skills for future challenges, and establish a positive mind-set toward learning.
